Wildcat Mountain Bike Trail - 8.6 miles, round trip (loop). When we started hiking it was about 27 deg F and I don't think it warmed up much. When we returned to the trailhead it as 29 deg F. This is good 'ice flower' weather!

These photos are unprocessed except for resizing. Otherwise, they are straight from the camera (Canon SX10 IS). Settings were standard, with no special color mode. White balance was set in the field using a Lastolite Ezybalance Card and repeated as the light changed. So, the colors should be fairly accurate, to the extent that the Canon SX10 custom white balance functions correctly.

I had my 'real camera' (DSLR) in the backpack but ended up not using it. The light was sunny and too bright at the beginning and then it was overcast later in the afternoon.
